Q. 3 How to improve OCR rate?
Answer: OCR function rate depends on the character and background contrast and clarity, in the two conditions are required to achieve up to 95% or more, while ensuring the following conditions:
(1) Cutting part of character images
(2) Make sure the character not tilt as much as possible (if tilt, please rotate the picture):
(3) Adjust the video properties to improve character clarity when shooting.

Q. 4 How to add character in the photo?
Answer: Click “ Character “ tool button, enter character in the text box, click the location you want to put with a mouse.

Q.5 How to make PDF, WORD and other file formats?
Answer: Because JPG format with high quality picture and smaller storage capacity, please use JPG format to scan before conversion, click [ file] button, select conversion format and conversion page, click [ ok] to complete the operation.
